Terms & Conditions

General
The following terms and conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, prices and contact details. These terms cannot be varied except when given in writing by the Director of Beeline Taxis 09 Limited, (a UK company. Company Registration number: 06798663 England & Wales).

In order to protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you want a hard copy of these terms and conditions please use you internet browser facilities to print a copy. If you need clarification on any of the points below please call us or send us an email at email@beelinetaxis.net.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel prepaid credit and debit card bookings up to one hour before journey commencement, without giving any reason. Notify us in advance by email, phone or website contact form and we will refund your money within 10 days minus any shipping or handling costs.

No refunds will be issued in the case of the booking the wrong date, wrong time, wrong location and/or other incorrect or misleading information, or if the passenger leaves the pick up point without informing us for any reason whatsoever.

Payments & Currency
We accept all major payment cards, subject to a 3% surcharge. All payments are in UK Pounds sterling. Prices also include any UK taxes. We use RBS WorldPay to process our card transactions which uses 128-bit encryption for secure debit and credit card processing. We do not store your credit card details. If we are refused authority for payment at any stage, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Complaints
In the first instance any complaints should be made in writing by email to email@beelinetaxis.net. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint, however if we are unable to do so you should contact Sevenoaks District Council. Please note that all Beeline Drivers are self employed and that Beeline act as their agent taking bookings. As such we cannot be held responsible for their personal conduct.
